“When shall we three meet again?

If you are a Pratchett fan already then Wyrd Sisters will need no introduction.

If you are a Pratchett fan in the making then welcome to the Discworld and the kingdom of Lancre. King Verence has been murdered by Duke Felmet who now rules the country while being ruled by his wife the Duchess.

Enter the three witches Granny Weatherwax, Nanny Ogg and Magrat Garlik who are left holding the baby, quite literally, when a dying soldier hands them a bundle containing the baby heir to the throne and a crown. They hand the baby king to a troupe of travelling players to be raised in safety and that should be an end of it, but Duke Felmet is making himself extremely unpopular, the ghost of King Verence is restless, and the country itself wants resolution.

The true king must be restored to the throne but there is one small snag. He is still a baby …
